Refund Policy – Pest Control / Extermination Services

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, re-treatments, or service credits may be issued for pest control and extermination services. Our goal is to provide effective, professional service while setting clear and fair expectations.

2. Scope of Services

This policy applies to all pest control and extermination services, including but not limited to: – Residential pest control – Commercial pest control – One-time treatments – Recurring service plans – Specialized treatments (e.g., termites, bed bugs, rodents)

3. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of pest control services, cash refunds are generally not provided once a service has been performed. Pest activity can be influenced by environmental conditions, sanitation, structural issues, and customer cooperation, which are beyond our control.

4. Service Guarantee and Re-Treatment

If pests persist after treatment: – Customers must notify us within 5 days of the service date – We will inspect the treated area to verify ongoing pest activity – If confirmed and covered under the original service agreement, we will provide a complimentary re-treatment at no additional charge

Re-treatments are limited to the original treatment area and target pest.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances: – The service was paid for but not performed – The wrong service was provided due to company error – A duplicate payment was made

Any approved refund will be issued using the original method of payment.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable: – Services already performed – Inspection or consultation fees – Emergency or same-day services – Services affected by customer non-compliance (e.g., failure to prepare the site) – Services where environmental or structural conditions prevent effective treatment

7. Service Plans and Contracts

For recurring or contract-based services: – Customers may cancel future services with 30 days’ notice – Prepaid, unused services may be refunded or credited at our discretion – No refunds will be issued for completed visits

8. Customer Responsibilities

To remain eligible for guarantees or re-treatment, customers must: – Follow all preparation and post-treatment instructions – Allow reasonable access for follow-up inspections or treatments – Maintain sanitation and structural conditions as advised

Failure to meet these responsibilities may void any service guarantees.

9. Weather and Environmental Factors

Pest activity and treatment effectiveness may be affected by weather, construction, or surrounding environmental conditions. These factors do not qualify for refunds.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 1 day so we can address the issue promptly. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and fairly.

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted and apply to future services.
